　　I read a famous American writer Ernest Hemingways novel 'the old man and the sea', very admire kept the will of the novel, he let me know how a man must have perseverance, can succeed. The old fisherman al with fish after a few days, found that this is a more than his several times as big marlin fishing boats, although knowing is hard to win, but still dont give up. Later and because the big marlin wound fish smell drew a few group of sharks rob food, but the old man still would not so give up, eventually beckoning, the big fish back to the fishing port, let the other fishermen to admire.

　　This story is about a beautiful woman called Mathilde. She borrowed a necklace from her friend to go to a party. At the party，she lose the necklace and buy another one returned her friend. She also worked to buy that necklace for 10 years. 10 years later，her friend tell her the necklace she borrow her is a fake.

　　职业是小学阶段必须掌握的话题之一。五年级是主要学习的对象。对我现在的教学工作有很大的帮助。

　　首先吸引我的师她的学习策略目标：“注重培养学生观察、归纳、迁移的学习策略”。老师板书singer，用红粉笔突出词尾字母组合-er，放慢节奏朗读单词两遍，让学生从中感知singer的构成及发音。后面的dancer、worker、farmer都用了这样的方式，并小结：单词末尾有-er，读/e/，一般情况下，有些单词的词尾加上-er可以表示职业。在学习policeman这个生词的时候又用红粉笔突出词尾字母组合-man，并分音节范读。老师的学习策略目标是让学生了解一些基本的语言规律。老师通过范例，让学生在观察、感悟和思考中体会单词词尾的.变化，以便后面新词的学习、迁移。这种教学方法很棒。

　　本节教学设计还有个亮点就是联系生活，渗透德育。老师先设置了一个小组活动，让学生们说说自己将来想做什么职业。但很少有人选择农民和工人，老师让学生观看了一些农民工的事迹介绍后说“其实在我们的生活中，有些职业看似平凡，比如工人、农民，但他们同样在社会中扮演着重要的角色，为社会默默地做出自己的贡献，正所谓‘三百六十行，行行出状元’”。

　　从整个教学设计看来，老师遵循语言规律，让学生科学地学。授之以渔，自主探究。从单词到句到段，循序渐进。从简到繁、从易到难。注重学习过程，由浅入深，分解知识难点。整堂课亮点颇多，值得借鉴和学习。

　　我认为对每一位英语学习者来说，朗读和背诵是必不可少的。尤其对初学英语的初中学生来说是至关重要的。朗读和背诵是提高学生英语口语能力和英语成绩的有效途径，也是必经之路。朗读和背诵也是克服当前中国学生的"哑巴英语"的.有效途径。更为重要的是朗读和背诵还有以下几方面的好处：

　　第一通过朗读和背诵，可以积累大量实用的英语短语、句子、习惯用语；可以扩大视野，在脑子里储存大量有用的词汇、短语、习惯用法。

　　第二通过大量的朗读和背诵可以培养语感。语感的培养离不开"读"这种最基本的实践方式。朗读是训练语感的好方法，让学生反复朗读甚至背诵作品，特别是精彩段落和句子。读得多了，背得多了，自然就形成了英语语感。语感一旦形成，在以后的学习中可以受益匪浅。比如有一道填空题，你甚至不知道这个句子的具体意义，你却能说出该填什么词，这就是你的语感。这样就可以自然的避免许多不必要的错误。

　　第三，坚持不懈的朗读和背诵也是训练语言、语调、语流和连贯性、流畅性口语表达能力的有效途径，有助于改进语音。通过朗读，尤其是模仿正确、地道的英语语音语调，可以纠正和训练自己的语音语调，掌握说英语的种种技巧，如连读、失去爆破、同化、重读、弱读等，从而迅速发展口语表达能力。

　　因此，在初中阶段尤其是初一的英语教学中一定要重视朗读和背诵。
